Introduction:                                                   

 

Stainless steel lobe pump, also called lobe rotor pump, is made of stainless steel.

It is an ideal pump for high viscosity liquids, food, colloid. It is also an food standard pump.

Pump is with gear box to control the speed for different mediums.

All the pacts contact with materials is made of SUS304 or SUS316L

Featues:                                                          

1. It is suitable for transporting high viscosity, density and any medium containing particle.

2. With advantages of high efficiency and energy saving, conveying smoothly, low failure rate and noise, reliable sealing. It can ensure continuity reliability of operation and no leakage time.

3. The transport medium viscosity should ≤ 500000 cp, as well as contains of solid content is 70% size. It can transport the air, liquid and solid three-phase flow mixed materials.

4. It can adjust flow at will after configuration inverter, and can used as general metering pump.

5. Suitable temperature: -30 °C to 200 °C.
